Exposing the Demagogue – in – Chief

Did you catch Bush in that second debate?

Remeber when the entire U.S. of A took up the old “Carthage Must Be Destroyed” line? Yea, well, since then most of us have suspected that when the Pres talked about following a “higher father” in the lead-up, he was talking about the channeling Demagogue. Anyway, if there was any doubt, that second debate just sealed the deal.

Remember that question toward the end, the one where the lady asked the president to name three mistakes he’s made… I’ll be damned if she wasn’t plant sent to knock him out of the seat.

He seemed to avoid the question pretty well, putting of judgement into post-mortem posterity. Not sure if passing fault for decisions down to appointees passes muster with the Big Mouth In the Sky, but he sure was true to form when he flat-out denied saying that he wasn’t “all that concerned” about finding Osama.

Not sure if it worked… but I guess we’ll find out in November.

Well if you consider that Satan gets the blame for most of the evils in the world, and satan was one of God’s loyal followers back in the day, bush is certainly acting true to form.

I still reckon the man’s a clock work though, those lumps on his back were just a few bits that got damaged just prior to the first debate.

also explains why the man was so bumbly during the first one, I know that I would be a bit confused and non sensical if I had just found out I was really a clock work a few minutes prior to a national debate.

but to clockworks go to wind up heaven?

i’ll be a dipsomancer at an a.a. meeting if you think that g.w. is channeling the demogague! that guy can’t open his mouth without a made-up, non-sensical word coming out of it. during those debates he was more tongue-tyed than a teenager on a first date. the guy could’t talk his way out of a speeding ticket (even if the cop knew who he was). top three mumbling guys in positions of power: don corleone, henry kisenger, george w. bush.

Please, that’s just his way of being “folksy” and likable. He’s not eloquent, but he stays on messege even better than Reagan. And you can’t deny the effectiveness of W’s messege machine.

He even got the New York Times on board in the lead up to war.

Bush is trying for the True King slot, but he’s having to redefine it on a national scale, so it’s not working too well. He’s got all the other elements (divine right to lead, dynastic priveliege) but running an entire country’s just not what the True King’s about since that mob boss ascended in the ’20s.
Ironically, the reason they can’t find Bin Laden is similar-as soon as they officially credited him with the September 11 attack, he ascended as the Transnational Demagouge. Previous Demagouges were all about nationality (Hitler, Stalin etc.) but Bin Laden managed to redefine the archetype to remove that element of nationalism and replace it with a much more vague ingroup classification of Islamic or (depening on which side you’re on) anti-American

Islam was probably already enough of a unifying notion to ride off of the idea nationality, what bin laden did was finish off what Hitler started and warp the idea to enable the demagogue to rely on simply being the opposition to something.

At least that was his original idea, what he did instead was ascend as the Opponent.

The deeply ironic thing is, that the Opponent is also the same Achetype that Kerry was following at the start of the campaign but has backed away.

But Karl Rove (AKA Bush’s brain or Bush’s zombie controller) Knows this and has been trying to paint Kerry as being in cohoots with the terrorists as thus stick him in the public subconscious as connected with the current Avatar of the Opponent OBL.
This way, if Kerry does win, he will end up tabooed and defanged allowing Karl Rove’s next employer to gain power again
