Look those Urbanomancers will tell yo that they started the fire ,well that´s true but not completly you see a Sternos manipulated them to do that.
You see most bigass destructions were made because an Anihilomancer poked their little heads up ,so they could get the major without being blamed for it.
The strangest thing is that there are two charges generated one for the Sternos and the other for the peson who actuly made the arson(and it doesn´t need to be an adept) ,but if the adept wo actualy destroyed the thing notices the Sternos intention they lose it (the Anihilomancer that is) and the other adept gets it ,in the case of mundanes it just goes away i guess ,what do you want from me , i don´t know everything.
